• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 57 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

• For damaged or incorrect products, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
• We will offer a replacement or refund, based on your preference and item availability.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized/custom 3D prints
• Downloadable digital products
• Gift cards
• Items showing signs of use or modification

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our end.
• In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
